I was researching comparable sales for a client late last night who is considering listing his home. The property is beautifully renovated and I needed to find "like-kind" homes in the area to gauge where our price point should be to attract buyers. As I'm skimming through MAIN photos of listings I came across this beauty. Keep in mind, these pictures are like property headshots and determine whether a buyer or an agent wants to find out more about the home and make an appointment to see it! How bad does the exterior need to be to have a close-up of an ordinary, underwhelming, run-of-the-mill kitchen faucet?
