By taking sellers on tours of other listings in the area to evaluate the competition, a listing agent can help a seller better understand how they measure up and what areas they can improve on to capitalize on buyer traffic. Does the competition have a more impressive kitchen? Granite counters? A bigger backyard? Larger closets? Which home is the best value for the dollar?
A house is only worth what a buyer is willing to pay so learning from the competition is a great way to beat the competition.
