While the economic boom gave birth to the McMansion, the current downtown is leaving it's mark and redefining the "wants and needs" of today's buyer. Disappearing are formal living and dining rooms, grand two story foyers and coves for trophy art. The focus of today's home design is centered on the practical and expanding spaces that families really use. That's a design way of saying "No more drama...".
